This policy is written for PDFBreeze’s launch-stage service and is intended to remain suitable as additional tools, user accounts and paid plans are introduced.
1. Scope
This Subscription Policy applies when PDFBreeze offers paid recurring plans, trials, introductory offers or other subscription-based access. The checkout page and order confirmation form part of this policy.
2. Plans, prices and billing
Available features, usage limits, billing frequency, taxes and total price will be shown before you subscribe. Charges are taken using the payment method selected at checkout.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions are personal to the account holder and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
3. Free trials and introductory offers
A trial or promotional offer may be limited to new customers, one per person, payment method, household or organisation. The length, price and conversion to a paid plan will be displayed before enrolment.
Where payment details are collected for a trial, charging may begin automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand.
4. Automatic renewal
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the stated billing interval until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to the selected payment method.
5. How to cancel
You may cancel through the account or billing area when available, or by emailing support@pdfbreeze.net. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid another charge.
6. Access after cancellation
Unless a refund is issued or the account is terminated for misuse, cancellation normally stops future renewal and paid access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
7. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription fees are non-refundable once a paid billing period begins. We may consider a refund for a duplicate charge, a verified technical failure preventing meaningful use, or another exceptional circumstance.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
8. Price and plan changes
We may change prices, features or limits. Changes normally apply from a future renewal date, with advance notice where required.
9. Failed payments
If a charge fails, we or our payment provider may retry it and ask you to update payment details. Access may be restricted until payment is received.
10. Fair use and usage limits
Plans described as unlimited may still be subject to reasonable technical, security and fair-use controls designed to prevent automated abuse, account sharing, excessive load or resale.
11. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law. Where you request digital services to begin during a statutory cancellation period, your cancellation and refund rights may be affected to the extent permitted by law.
